Not A Project Basis Work Model:

We simply hire out our programmers, software developers and designers to work for you. This is not a project basis work model because of the fact that often project specifications are changed midway due to various reasons. We hence will not be answerable for any project deadlines of yours.

You can use our developers, designers to work for the agreed number of hours each day during their working period. You will need to monitor the work undertaken by your assigned developers and programmer. We provide project management and complete supervision to your hired employee, if you require. Your dedicated developer provide the same service as you would get from an in-house staff, but are located and working from our Offshore development Centre (ODC) in India.

Client SpecificSolution - You Control your Project :

The developer codes for you (the client) and YOU -" the Client" - Manages the project. In this way, every moment you are in control of your work, keeping us aside to do only basic supervision of the developer i.e. work timing, attendance etc. If anytime you feel that you are not satisfied with the developers work, we will replace him, if required.

Source Code Authorization:

All the rights of the source code will be owned by you.

Third party selling rights:

You possess the right to resell the codes, application and work done to a 3rd party. We have no obligations with it.

Timing:

8 Hours per Day, 5 Days a Week- Monday to Friday. We also work on flexible hours.

Holidays:

Saturday, Sunday and Indian National and Regional Holidays.
